National Insurance Restoration Council Platinum Preferred Member Expert Exteriors donates roof

Distinguished Colorado roofing contractor helps homeowner who was scammed

AURORA, Colo. — Expert Exteriors helps a homeowner in need by donating a new roof after finding out the homeowner was scammed out of thousands of dollars by his previous, unethical contractor. According to KDVR Fox31 Denver, local homeowner Paul Neuschwanger previously hired Martinez Construction to perform repair services on his home. Martinez Construction took Neuschwanger’s money without ever completing the job.  After seeing Fox31’s Problem Solvers Report, Josh Lucero, owner at Expert Exteriors, immediately stepped in to help Neuschwanger, providing him with a new roof. Expert Exteriors is an esteemed exterior remodeling company in Colorado, offering full service roofing, gutter, siding, window, insulation and painting.

Now that I find myself in a situation where money is more abundant than where it used to be, I feel it’s my responsibility to give back,” says Josh Lucero, owner of Expert Exteriors.

Founded in 2007, Expert Exteriors is a proud Platinum Preferred Contractor member of the National Insurance Restoration Council (NIRC), and part of an accredited nationwide network of leading industry experts that are committed to raising the bar in the industry.  Expert Exteriors believes in giving back, and recently launched the Colorado Roof Donation Program as part of their mission to help families and military veterans in need.

“The National Insurance Restoration Council membership is comprised of the best of the best contractors and construction companies throughout the nation.  Our vetted member network is committed to giving back to the communities, not only in roofing, construction, and storm damage repairs, but also educating property owners throughout the process. Josh and the team at Expert Exteriors did a fantastic job in this unfortunate incident. It is up to each of us in the industry to help property owners learn how to choose a quality, reputable contractor so they can avoid these unethical companies,” says Joe Radcliff, president of the National Insurance Restoration Council (NIRC).

“I’m overwhelmed,” Neuschwanger said. “My gratitude is off the charts, and I think that that in life comes back to you in great ways.”
