About the National Insurance Restoration Council

The mission of the National Insurance Restoration Council (NIRC) is to act as the principal advocate for improved legislation and case law to protect the consumers and contractors when dealing with insurance claims throughout the nation. The NIRC certified contractors adhere to our code of professional conduct, educate property owners about the insurance restoration processes and give back to the communities in storm damaged areas.
